We guarantee that all products we sell are original and authentic. We do not sell or condone the selling of fakes or variants. All our products are 100% legitimate.
Payment
We are happy to accept PayPal’s shopping cart system to accept credit card & bank payments. All customers must place their order with a confirmed address. A PayPal account can be set up when going through our payment process. PayPal is an eBay company with industry leading security features & trusted worldwide.
Shipping
Shipping cost are determined by both weight and location they are sent. Shipping costs will be automatically generated when you select an item for your shopping cart.
All orders are sent using secure Registered Australia Post with a signature verification upon the customer’s collection. Most of our Australian clients will receive their order in approximately 1 week & our International clients will receive their order in approximately 10 days.
Keysole.com is not responsible for lost/stolen or delayed items shipped by keysole.com.

| Returns
Returns to Keysole.com must be requested within 7 days of receipt. For return or exchange of shoes they must be in new condition as received with no marks or damage to the shoes or box.
We will not accept returns &/or exchanges if there is evidence that the shoes have been worn outdoors.
Clothing items must not have been worn and have all original tags.
If we are satisfied with the condition of the goods returned a credit will be given. Keysole.com reserves the right to refuse any return &/or exchange that does not meet the conditions stated herein.
Therefore, our refund policy is as follows: Key Sole reserves the right to refuse refund under the following circumstances – The consumer has change of mind, did not like the goods, or received eh goods as a gift. Damage was done to the product at the consumers own liability.

Key Sole, will however, consider offering an exchange, for reasons of: incorrect sizing, colour or style. The consumer was unaware of a fault in the product prior to purchasing.
Proof of purchase from Key Sole’s Internet Retail Store must be adhered to in order to qualify for an exchange.
Please ensure you are entirely happy with your goods before making a purchase.
Send you return request to info@keysole.com with all appropriate information (order #, purchase date, reason, amount etc) and if satisfied we will offer a refund minus the shipping and handling fee. |

The warranty of each item will vary, but will be covered by the manufacturer against and faults and defects.
Disclaimer
We have done everything in our power to ensure the website information is correct and up to date, but occasionally items will be out of stock. We will do our best to fulfill your order, but occasionally may not be able to. If this is the case we will offer an alternative or refund.
We also strive to accurately portray the items in the photographs in regards to colour and detail. Unfortunately we have no control over peoples monitor settings(colours, resolution etc) so we cannot guarantee that they will be exactly as they appear on screen.
